Woohoo! Lakers vs Celtics. Just like it's quoted on the cover, "This is what America wants". It definitely was what I was cheering for.The cover design is neat, but I think it's too busy. I would have preferred a cover with just Magic and Bird, and maybe Kobe and Garnett without all of the other stuff going on. It's a cool cover nonetheless.
I still prefer the 1992 cover with Magic and Bird (see below). It's a classic and we have plenty in stock.
As usual, we'll be getting our subscription copies on Thursday. Issues with No Mailing Label usually take a few weeks to arrive unless there's a large demand for this issue.
